"I am the CEO of nvinc.com and salestaxsystem.com and we are where successful e-commerce sellers turn first to protect and grow their profits when they launch in the U.S. Specifically, we help e-commerce sellers and entrepreneurs structure their business to maximize their profits, eliminate tax surprises, ensure sales tax compliance, expand their brand, and enhance their assets."

? For what projects/services did your company hire Software Pro New York, and what were your goals?

" Our websites were both updated one five years ago and one 12 months ago by a branding company that helped, but we need the next level of design for optimizing leads and sales. We needed someone who understood branding, conversion, and coding in a one-stop-shop. "

" We searched several and ran some test tasks and found that their analysis and presentation were much more detailed than anyone else. We wanted a firm that was responsive, detailed, and sharp."

" We had a kick-off meeting with a presentation after I shared my concerns, and they had a host of recommendations plus different levels of services with estimated fees involved. It was great to have options. I started with a test part of the project to get the flow of communication down, and it has been smooth ever since."

" I worked with the project manager and two senior people on the development and changes of the new pages for our websites."

" Our redesign on our header and footer, plus key internal pages for strategy sessions, has resulted in an immediate impact in more sales and new leads. Our opt-in volume has doubled after one suggestion on a critical page. We are delighted with our results!"

" They were very flexible in how we would delegate tasks to them. We used several tools and decided to use a simple google sheet shared with tasks I could add and Skype for daily communication. It has been effortless to work together. Their team has been very patient with my questions. I use Camtasia to delegate new tasks on videos that works well."

" I'm impressed by their ability to fix anything, explain what they did, and show me ways to update in the future on my own. They make marketing suggestions, and open to my input and changes."

" We fixed out the flow of pages to update, the process for me to see them on a test site first than to make them live. Our timing quickly came together."
