About This Project

Collective Voice connects content creators with global brands for sponsored campaigns. As the platform scaled, their existing tooling could not keep pace with the volume of creator partnerships, campaign workflows, and reporting requirements. They engaged Software Pro to design and build a purpose-built SaaS dashboard that would give both creators and brand managers a powerful, intuitive command center.

Collective Voice needed a system that could manage hundreds of active campaigns simultaneously, give creators real-time visibility into their performance and earnings, and give brand managers the controls to launch, approve, and analyze campaigns without engineering support.

How We Solved It

Software Pro built a multi-tenant SaaS platform in React with a GraphQL API backend. We designed separate role-based interfaces for creators and brand managers, integrated with social platform APIs for performance data ingestion, and built an automated payout engine using Stripe Connect for disbursements. The campaign management workflow included configurable approval stages, automated status notifications, and a brand manager dashboard with real-time campaign ROI tracking.
